What payment methods do you accept? Can I pay by credit card?
Currently we accept PayPal, bank transfer and postal order. And we can only accept credit card through PayPal. Find more
What is the delivery time and cost?

What happens if the item I ordered was out of stock (OOS)?
We’ll remove the listing if one item is out of stock. And for multi-option items, you can see “OOS” after the option if the item is out of stock. But if it did happen, we’ll contact you asap and you have the option to either change the item or get a full refund.
Will I get a tracking#?
Yes, we’ll email you the tracking# once we get it from our courier.
What about the warranty?
All products on Gardenmore have a basic 12 months warranty, and some specified products may be longer.
