DELIVERY OPTIONS & TIME

Currently, the default shipping method on Gardenmore is Standard Delivery. Orders for standard delivery will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm. Some items have longer lead times and these are shown next to the product. If you wish to select a day for delivery please contact us.

We do all we can to deliver within the leading time on each product page. Delays occasionally happen, despite our best efforts.

Items in one order will be sent to one address only. If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please order separately for each address. We'll charge for delivery to each address for Zone C & Zone D&E.

CAN I COME TO COLLECT

We keep stock for most of the popular items, but some items are directly sent from the manufacturer. Please contact us first if you like to collect the item.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to have your delivery details changed. Note that in some circumstances the package may be already left our warehouse before your request is processed and thus address cannot be changed.

RECEIVING THE DELIVERY

We may send out items from different locations so they may arrive separately.

We usually call before delivery. But if no one at home, besides your shipping comments, our people may leave an item in a safe place which they think reasonable.

All items are inspected for damage or defects prior to leaving our warehouse. Contact us immediately if there's any shipping damage.

Any substantial shipping damage to the packaging must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery. Damage or loss of goods during transit will result in an insurance claim being made against the courier company.

If the product is damaged from shipping or manufacturing, we have the option of either sending you a replacement part or have you return the merchandise for repair or replacement.

Do NOT throw away boxes or packing materials, otherwise your claim will not be honored by the shipping company.
