Return Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

If the item has not been dispatched, we’ll cancel the order and give you a full refund. But if the item has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. You may return it back to us after receiving the item, but you’re responsible for the shipping cost. After we get the item, we’ll issue a full refund.

RETURN

The cooling off period is 14 working days after the goods have been received. You have the rights to cancel an order for any reasons. A full refund will be given within 3 working days after we get the returned item.

You shall inspect the items immediately upon receipt and shall notify us by e-mail on service@gardenmore.co.uk within 14 days if the items are damaged. If you fail to do so you shall be deemed to have accepted the items. We shall offer a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) if the items are in fact defective.

The items must be returned at your expense and in its original packaging. For non defective items, it must be not damaged. Where returned items are found to be damaged due to your fault, you will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

HOW TO RETURN

Step 1 - Email service@gardenmore.co.uk quoting your order number and any reason you like to put in.

Step 2 - We'll arrange for a collection of the items or give you an address to return to.

Step 3 - Return the items in its original package.

Step 4 - Once we get the items, we'll dispatch a replacement or give you a refund.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

  • Consumable items(ex. pet food, fire log)
  • Items like seeds due to its package if opened.
  • All items on Gardenmore have a 12 months warranty if not specified. We do not hold responsibility for improper use, failure to maintenance or any damage caused by force majeure.
